Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Dali
All-day airport pickup at Dali Fengyi Airport and transfer to your hotel near the ancient town. Free time to wander Dali Old Town — Renmin Road and Foreigner Street — and adapt to the altitude. Meals at your leisure (try local rushan cheese and er-si rice noodles). Overnight in Dali.

Day 2 – Erhai Lake Full Loop & Evening Transfer to Lijiang

Day 3 – Lijiang to Feilaisi: Tiger Leaping Gorge & Jinsha River First Bend
Morning departure along the G214 Tibet Highway. Stop at Upper Tiger Leaping Gorge for the roaring Jinsha River, lunch break at Benzilan, then the famous First Bend (Moon Bay) viewpoint. Cross the Baima Snow Mountain pass with alpine scenery, arriving at Feilaisi in the evening — watch the sunset on the snow peaks from your room. Breakfast included. Overnight at Feilaisi.

Day 4 – Golden Sunrise & Shangri-La: Napahai, Tibetan Banquet & Bonfire
07:00 dawn vigil for the golden sunrise over Kawagarbo, then the Wunongding panoramic viewpoint for all Thirteen Peaks of Meili. Afternoon: drive to Shangri-La, visit Napahai Yila Grassland and the giant prayer-flag field. Evening: Tibetan noble banquet — butter tea, tsampa, yak meat — with a Tibetan bonfire dance. Day 5 – Pudacuo National Park, Dukezong & Return to Lijiang
Morning: deep visit to Pudacuo National Park — boardwalk trails along Shudu Lake through virgin forest and alpine wetlands. Day 6 – Jade Dragon Snow Mountain: Spruce Meadow & Blue Moon Valley
