Terms of Service
Welcome to ShenYou China Private Tours (operated by Shenzhen ShenYou International Travel Service Co., Ltd., 深圳深游国际旅行社有限公司). By accessing our website or booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
We provide private customized inbound travel services in China, including itinerary design, accommodation, transportation, guides and related arrangements. All tours are operated on a private, one-group-per-family basis with no shopping stops.
2. Bookings & Payments
Bookings are confirmed once a deposit is received. The balance is due before or at the start of the tour as agreed in your written quotation. All payments are non-refundable for services already booked, subject to supplier policies.
3. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation policies vary by package and are stated in your quotation. Force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, flight cancellations) may require itinerary changes; we will make reasonable adjustments and inform you promptly.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for valid passports, visas and travel documents. We can advise on visa procedures but are not responsible for visa denials. Please arrive on time for scheduled pickups; missed pickups due to late arrival without notice may incur additional charges.
5. Liability
While we take every care with your arrangements, we are not liable for delays, losses or damages caused by events beyond our control (weather, strikes, government actions, flight issues). Claims must be submitted within 30 days of tour completion.
6. Privacy
Your personal information is used solely to arrange your travel and communicate with you. See our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
