What is China supplier verification?
We check the business license and production scope, walk the live production line, inspect the QC station, review certifications and ask for recent export documentation. You get a clear verdict — manufacturer or trader — in a visit report.
Many Chinese suppliers are traders
posing as factories.
A website, an Alibaba storefront and a glossy booth prove nothing. Before you commit an order, someone needs to stand on the factory floor and check. That someone is us — on the ground in the Pearl River Delta.
The five-point verification
Every check below is performed on the ground, with interpretation — and you see the evidence yourself.
Business license
We verify registration, capital, production scope and litigation history — Qichacha check included.
Live production line
We walk the machines running your product type, at real scale — not a showroom line.
QC station
We inspect the testing equipment and processes where quality is actually controlled.
Certifications
We verify ISO 9001, BSCI, CE, FCC, FDA on paper and online.
Export proof
We review recent bills of lading and customs records — real shipments to real markets.

Frequently asked questions
How do you verify a supplier is a real factory, not a trader?
We check the business license and production scope, walk the live production line, inspect the QC station, review certifications and ask for recent export documentation. You get a clear verdict — manufacturer or trader — in a visit report.
How fast can we get a verification report?
For a standard on-site verification, the report is delivered within 48 hours of the visit. Fast video verification is available when you need an answer sooner.
Can’t you just check the company online?
We do both. We check business records (Qichacha / Tianyancha) for registration, capital and litigation history first — then confirm on the ground. Online data alone cannot prove a factory exists.
What if the supplier turns out to be a trading company?
We tell you straight — and we can often arrange a visit to the real factory behind the trader, so your trip still produces a usable supplier.
Can verification be combined with a Canton Fair trip?
Yes. Many buyers verify shortlisted suppliers in the days after the fair, before flying home. We schedule visits around your fair dates.
